“Troy with Arete Masonry did a fantastic job building our patio! We came to him with a budget, and a dream- he listened carefully to my ideas, to my color palettes and helped me envision the perfect patio within budget. The work was completed skillfully and quickly, about three weeks during cold weather, and the end result is beautiful! He puts a high measure onto making the patio sturdy as well as perfecting the look. I couldn’t be happier with Troy and his work, in fact we’re working with him on a second job now! “Trex provides top quality decking, railing, and a host of accessories. They are the industry leaders and all others are constantly chasing and imitating. There can be but one #1 and in the decking and railing industry that is Trex without question. I am a vendor for Trex and have used their products for many years in building displays and designing marketing presentation kits. Their staff from top to bottom is respectful, courteous, and quality focused. Delivery time is fast and they are very responsive to any problems. They are very hands on in providing direction and troubleshooting. My mother built a Trex deck over 15 years ago and it is still structurally sound and looks great. Very little maintenance has been required and Trex has drastically improved in the quality and make-up of their decking since then.”

“We read another review on Angie's List about how they couldn't believe the quality job they got from Signature for the price -- I couldn't agree more! Todd was very responsive and gave us some good plans to work from and when we finally decided on the project and got it approved by HOA the work was done in an absolutely awesome and professional fashion. The crew did a fantastic job -- even the city inspector said it was the best built deck he had seen. The small and deck and porch Signature did for us was not only what we were looking for but beyond our expectations. We were so glad we followed Todd's suggestions on upgrades as they made the finished product awesome. We've already started talking about our next project with Signature! “We had our back deck removed in its entirety and replaced with Trex decking. We also had a stone patio built under the deck; then, our gazebo flooring was replaced with Trex. Roberto went through the design process with us, then submitted to our HOA. We have an absolutely beautiful deck, completed yesterday. His work is extraordinary. He is a perfectionist, and my wife and I Love a builder who is a perfectionist. He has an incredible eye for detail. He is wonderful to work with; responsive to our needs and questions. He has left the back of our home immaculate in appearance, having torn up the back yard area in order to both build the deck and build the patio. We are so sorry he only builds decks. I would trust him with any work we needed done on our home, knowing that it would be done beautifully and perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about our experience with him.”

“After a few days of crazy winds my neighbor noticed many shingles missing on my roof. One of my gutters was also disconnected on the side of my house and badly bent. I called VA Exteriors and they came out that very day. Not only did they fix the missing shingles but identified other shingles that needed reinforcing. Naseem also fixed my gutter and installed a new fastening system so it won’t happen in the future. The process was easy and quick! Other neighbors in my neighborhood are now using VA Exteriors. Highly recommend!”
