“Elite did an amazing job on our house. We are in the process of a kitchen remodel which required some exterior and prep work beforehand. Elite began with blocking off a door and a window. Then they converted a window into a patio door, replaced the door between our kitchen and garage, replaced a screen door, and replaced a window. Finally, they replaced our old siding (some wood, some vinyl) with James Hardie siding, and put in new soffits, fascia, and gutters. Finally, we asked them to fix our leaking chimney, and they determined that it was actually the roof that was leaking due to the incline. So we also got a new, rubber roof. All was done well, promptly, and professionally!”

They were able to fit us in to their schedule before the winter hit and installed a chain link fence in our backyard to keep our animals safe. “We had Korth Excavating and Concrete replace a broken concrete porch stair and create a 3' by 30'+ sidewalk from our porch to our driveway that had previously been woodchips. The crew came out, moved all the bricks that lined the woodchip path and stacked them for us, pulled out the old stair, and created a BEAUTIFUL sidewalk for us. In addition, they did no damage to our grass and the surrounding gardens in a space that was difficult to maneuver. The crew was professional, courteous, able to work around my schedule (I work from home) when having to use loud equipment and, as a result, we have a terrific sidewalk our kids use constantly for their rollerblading and bikes. I would absolutely recommend Korth Exvacating and Concrete. They responded to our request for a bid immediately and pricing was more than reasonable.”

“Woodrite replaced my badly warped and worn pressure treated deck and railings on my porch in July of 2015. It took a bit of discussion and back and forth to get the materials I wanted in the colors I wanted quoted. This was not a major issue as I knew the owner was preoccupied with some other issues at the time. We ultimately got the quote completed and the work executed. The craftsman that did the work was extremely methodical and very accurate. He kept me in the loop regarding every potential problem or issue that arose and got my approval regarding his plan to deal with it. He made sure the existing framing on the porch was sound and reinforced it where necessary. He installed composite decking and railings with the highest level of craftsmanship. The job was really excellently done. The carpenter did hurt his back and also had some trouble with his van in the middle of the job. This is not a major issue but it did take a couple of extra days to complete the work. That and the delay in getting the correct quote are the only reasons I gave the company a "4 star" review instead of five. But I will reiterate that these problems were unforeseen and not in the company's control - stuff happens. Overall the job was excellent and I would definitely use Woodrite again and recommend them to my friends.”
