He was responsive, prompt and professional. The work crew headed up by Ron and Darren was exceptional. Their commitment to quality work and getting it right was evident throughout the entire construction phase. They were always there on time, very professional and always courteous when we had questions, etc. Their attention to detail was amazing. “Mark Lingo and his staff did outstanding work! They listened to what we wanted and were easy to work with. Mark was true to his word when it came to costs, materials used, timeline and the quality of work that would be performed. Our screened in porch included 5 very large columns which were difficult to work with. But Mark's staff worked carefully and skillfully and gave us exactly the look we wanted. We have had our porch for over 3 years now and are delighted with it. It blends with the rest of the house as if it has always been there.”

“Let me just summarize our experience by saying AMAZING and ATTENTION TO DETAIL. When we first started our hunt for the right company to build/design something for us, Dan was the last person we talked to and the FIRST person to respond with a quote AND a personalized design. We told him that we wanted a deck with an open feel and a fire pit area as well. Even though he doesn't do concrete, he designed us an amazing entertainment area with an open-feel deck that entered onto a stamped concrete patio with a circular fire pit area. We were sold. And the best part about the design is that they created an amazing visual of the design for us to view on a wide screen TV. The image even looked like our house! Dan was open to us making a few suggestions to slightly tweak the design. He had such attention to detail when he was writing up the design, I knew we were in good hands. Dan was amazing to work with, extremely easy to get a hold of, and the professionals that came over to do the job were excellent as well. We highly recommend this company! Couldn't be happier!”
