“Jim Roberts was our contact with Black Diamond for our project which consisted of (1)replacing a poured concrete front walkway that had two steps with pavers on an incline with no steps (this avoids people tripping on the steps at night) ; (2) creating a parking space next to the driveway with pavers; and (3) creating extra patio space using pavers around the back yard pool out of a grass area. Jim provided a nice presentation and competitive estimate and provided valuable creative input that steered us towards good choices of pavers and a great outcome. I was very nervous about the second part of the project (see above) because virtually all of our house utilities (gas, electric, telephone, cable, water line and drain line) all were directly through the area to be paved. Also, two massive tree root systems running through the area had to be hand removed due to being directly over the utilities. Jim and Black Diamond served up a truly outstanding crew that pulled it off without cutting any of the utility lines. Jim had good follow through and represented his company professionally and he would be our first call should we need paver services again. In summary, this was one of our best ever contracting outcomes and give due credit to Jim for that result. Chuck Clark”

“I can't say enough good things about Will Framing. Will, the owner, has been building decks for 17 years and recently started his own company. I was lucky enough to be one of his first clients. I spoke to 5 contractors for my project. I liked Will right away, and his quote was very competitive. He explained my options very clearly and gave me a few excellent recommendations as well. Will has a really great crew. He brought them breakfast each morning and they really seem to enjoy working together. Demo was done very carefully and meticulously and the deck structure was built very precisely. There was so much measuring, re-measuring, adjusting, and re-measuring to make sure everything was perfect and square. We chose to use Trex for the deck boards and facade, and the way Will laid out the boards is absolutely beautiful. The corners (there were many as I had some odd angles and 3 sets of stairs) were elegantly done. During the build, I had LOTS of technical questions (that's my engineer personality), and Will patiently answered everything and it became clear how thoroughly he thinks about these things. I'd highly recommend Will Framing for any deck project you may have.”

“Adam and his crew did a great job on our asphalt driveway. They removed the old driveway and put in new asphalt. They did such a good job we had them put a coating on several months later. The work was very professional and the price was fair and reasonable. As a plus Jacob and his team were great to work with. We highly recommend David Patios!”

“We used Willies' in 2013 to get our For Sale house in shape. Loved his work ethic some much we hired him to do a major project in the front and back yards of our new house. Big flagstone on concrete patio with a drystack retaining wall and built in cooking area with a large smoker and 18 inch Weber plus a lot of outdoor lighting and plants. “We worked with Adam who oversaw our whole project, from consultation all the way to completion. He was excited about helping with us from the first meeting. The initial consultation took a few hours, to go over everything and do measurements. He came back a day or so later with visuals and computer renderings to help us see what he was talking about. We looked at other companies and smaller vendors, and it either took too long to get ideas, quotes, or any information about these types of projects. Highly recommended.”
