“Thomas Decks, LLC is a professional deck/porch design and build company in Cincinnati, OH. We have constructed 2 decks for 2 of our customers using the exotic Brazilian Ipe' lumber and the Tigerwood lumber purchased from Advantage Lumber. The entire process from start to finish was a pleasure! We had quite a few questions for Advantage Lumber, and everything was answered or explained with quick replies, and always an offer to help if we needed anything else. They communicated with us constantly...when the order was filled, when it shipped out, while en route, and when we received our materials. We received everything we initially ordered, very carefully packaged.......no missing nor damaged materials. Our photos on Houzz displaying the Ipe' and the Tigerwood projects, showcases the end results. The customers are very happy, including ourselves. We have received many compliments on these 2 decks, and a lot of inquiries regarding the lumber materials. We WILL reorder with Advantage Lumber again when another customer contracts with us for a hardwood deck. Absolutely 5 stars!”

“Shade and Shield did an amazing and outstanding job on my home, I did some renovations to my carport by screening the front with the accordian sliding insect screens,from the start to the end,Shade and Shield was always courteous and helpful in all areas from Courtney getting everything set up,to Jurgen making the sale and showing the different types of screening,to Wayne and his partner with the measurements and installation. “Chris Cervini is an easy going person that you can talk to without any feeling of pressure or anxiety. Quality work and arrives on time or he will call you if there is any delay . Stands behind his work and answers questions that you may have. I had a garage screen and 3 retractable screens on 3 other house doors--- all work great ---done about 3 yrs. ago. Came in yesterday 1/24/2017 to fix and adjust garage screen Highly recommend him”

“We hired JR Pavers to resurface our 1,500 sf pool deck. They turned a dismal concrete slab into our own backyard oasis! For this reason, and the ones listed below, we are very happy to give them our highest recommendation. Customer Service: Lindsay from JR Paving was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. She promptly came to our house, took accurate measurements, answered all of our questions, then provided us with an accurate quote. Scheduling: Materials for the job were ordered on the day we approved the proposal. They were delivered on time and the work started on schedule. The entire job was finished earlier than we expected. Quality of Work: Carlos and his crew displayed an attention to details so often lacking in many of today’s contractors. They took painstaking efforts to make sure the patio had the right pitch and drained correctly. Intricate cuts were made to ensure the paving stones wrapped neatly around support columns, drain grates, and electrical equipment. “Craftsmanship” is not a term often used today but it best describes JR Pavers’ performance. Cleanliness/Respect for Personal Property: The crew from JR Pavers staged their equipment and materials so neither would be in our way or damage our personal property. They cleaned up after themselves and left our home in as good a shape as they found it. Conclusion: Every aspect of JR Pavers was a pleasure to deal with. “Hey,I’m Sam.I had to take a few minutes to write this review because Beth,who’s in the front office at (Dana site Development),has been great.First,she’s always professional every time I call for a project.She’s very noligable when it comes to what materials are needed for certain jobs.second,she always gives me a far price on all Materials.Next she always answers the phone when I call,and if she’s with a customer and I leave a message,she returns my call asap,which is very helpful on projects with time limits.Yesterday I came in the office late in the day to get materials,it was just past closing time,but since she was there still,she was able to get me the materials I needed to complete a last minute project.she even called the guy who loaded my Dump Truck and asked if he can stay late,to help me complete my project.None of the other places I’ve been have done that for me.If your looking for Dirt,crushed concrete,Meelings or any other materials,I recommend you call and (Dana site Development and paving)and ask for Beth,she is guaranteed to give you the best deal experience possible,Thanks to Beth I can keep my Dump Trucks rolling and making my Company Money!Beth your the Best,keep up the good customer service!!!”

“Safe Dry not only had to grind and polish almost 1200 ft of terrazzo floors and epoxy a screened porch floor...they also had to repair the work done by a previously hired contractor who messed up the job. I cannot say enough good things about Joe Martin and Safe Dry Floors. They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and followed through on their promise to have the job done within two days. (The contractor I previously hired said the job would take five days...and they even failed to complete the job to my satisfaction within 7 days.) My terrazzo floors are almost 55 years old. They will never look 'brand new'. However the floors look 100% better than they did! I highly recommend Joe Martin and the Safe Dry team for your terrazzo floor needs.”
