“Joshua Zelmon and his crew completed a project for us which consisted of adding on to an existing stone patio and building a new outside kitchen grilling area. From start to finish, Josh provided excellent advice and support, offering consult on all phases. The work was completed in a timely manner, and even came in earlier than expected. The crew was tidy and always cleaned up the work area, so that the patio could still be utilized while under construction. “Matt and the team did a great job on our big (~700sf) elevated wraparound deck. It was a huge investment money, time, and energy, and so we were glad to have a focused expert on the job. No detail was too small to discuss, no concern too minor to address. Their schedule is full and stuff came up along the way that protracted the timeline, but that's to be expected. Passed inspections with no challenges whatsoever. Would highly recommend Matt and the team!”
