“Roberto Usubillaga, President of C4 Orion Construction, is a very knowledgeable, experienced contractor who more than fulfilled his contract with us. We reside on the west coast, but have a condo in Miami which was in dire need of a remodel, With the pandemic, travel was restricted, so we did the entire remodel via telephone and video apps. We relied on our contractor to do all the leg work from obtaining permits, shopping, purchasing, delivery of materials -- everything necessary for the remodel. He was patient, informative, reliable and provided excellent service and workmanship. Above all, he and his employees were trustworthy. My husband and I highly recommend C4 Orion Construction for this type of construction project.”

“I used Jeff Klein to gut and redo my outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen totally exceeded my expectations. Jeff Klein is a very talented, professional and caring person. He treats each job and client and is if it was his own home and family. His follow-thru is one that I rarely see and it does not end after the job is done. I have called him 6 months after completion for a minor issue, which had nothing to do with his work, and he helped me willingly. I get so many compliments on the kitchen. I would use him again and again and have recommended him to my friends. Jeff Klein is a “rare find”. You will be happy that you hired him. “This is the 2nd pool renovation we have done with Oceans Remodeling. The current remodel was very large. The pool was completely demolished, reworked and rebuilt. We significantly enlarged the pool, the deck, reworked the summer kitchen and added a firepit. It was a very large project and took quite a few months to complete. The entire time we were always able to speak to Leon, the owner of Oceans, at any time and he was always on the site if there was any question on our part. He is very creative and changing things as we went along never caused a problem for him. His subcontractors are very professional and extremely neat. We never were left with a mess at the end of the day. We would use Oceans Remodeling a third time if we decide to move again!”
