“I cannot say enough about Roof Authority! They are fast, and I mean really fast - one day for my roof. They went well beyond what even we agreed upon because once they got up there, the owner, who personally manages the inspection, pricing, and job, saw other things that needed to be done. And in 45 years, I have never seen an estimate like the one delivered to me by the owner! The detail was incredible, all the way down to the ariel pictures of the roof and trouble spots, so I could see exactly what he was talking about. Mine is an older house, built in 1930's, under a lot of large oaks, with a lot of problems and piece-mealing from a lot of inadequate roofers and handymen over the years. RA fixed it all, and then some! Even regraded a part of the house with a flat roof to prevent future problems. All of this at 1/4th less than the biggest, most highly recommended roofer in town!”

“I had a top notch experience with Affordable Gutters Plus in December 2021. From my first contact with Kristi to the install by Phil and his crew, I always felt like I was in good hands. Kristi always replied to my emails and phone calls within one day and often within the hour. I peppered her with questions and she was always patient and professional with her answers. Phil and his install crew called when they were on their way (as they said they would) and took time to explain how they were going to do the corners and the entire install. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional. They ensured they cleaned up when they were done, too. I did have a question after the install after I had time to inspect and Kristi got back to me right away. A very pleasant experience.”

He offered to give me a free estimate with a full on 4K video showing me exactly how much damage I had on my roof that needed to be assessed. He is very professional and I definitely will be recommending this company!”

“Marc and his young team came out promptly, they worked diligently for an hour and 3/4. Marc took before and after photos showing me where we had issues. He also took apart one of the down pipes in the roof, cleared it and put it back together. I was very pleased with the service I received. Worth noting is that you can't compare apples to oranges. Sure you can go for cheaper companies like I did historically but they don't fully clear your gutters by hand, preferring to use blowers which don't clear all the debris effectively. In the last year I used 3 different people/ businesses and then Marc. You get what you pay for and Marc's team are harnessed in to OSHA specs. Overall very glad I hired Marc and would do so again. Don't do what I did and shell out 2 x $129 and one at $99 very recently, with a total of $357 over the course of the year when you can get it done correctly and once for less! Marc cost me $275 for next day service. Hope this honest review helps both Marc and you the customer make a quality and informed decision.”

“If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had my roof done by these guys. I wasn't looking forward to doing it because of a bad experience with a different contractor at my last house. I went with them (over several others) because of the personal touch and knowledge of the owner. I felt like he wasn't selling me something. He was truly there to help us. My gut was right, what a great experience and pleasure it was. My roof is beautiful. I will not even think about any other company if I ever need a roof again. Shannon and Bryson are absolutely great people and their work is second to none. I could not ask for a better roof or to meet better people.”

“Andrew Dalby with Atlanta Re-roof Specialists, came out and did the initial assessment. He was very knowledgable and provided lots of insight into the many aspects of our existing cedar shake roof. He took lots of pictures and explained in great detail all aspects of the current condition of our roof. He also provided several options from low cost stop gap measures to a wide range of alternatives. With Andrew it was not a high pressure sale, but rather a sharing of knowledge and options and then he provided a comprehensive quote that outlines everything he would do, and the costs as well as upgrades such as copper drip edging. He then allowed us enough time to seek additional quotes and comparison shop. In the end not only were his prices the best, but his approach was by far the most welcome. Once we sealed the deal, he introduced me to the foreman of the crew that would do the actual tear-off and installation. It was quickly obvious they had a long history together and had a great deal of respect for one another. Andrew stayed involved though out the installation. The on-site crew was very impressive and profession. They addressed every question I had and did an excellent job with the new roof installation as well as the cleanup afterwards. Overall, we are thrilled with the new roof and the decision we made to use Atlanta Reroof Specialists. Great job guys.”
