“I contacted Reliable about a replacement window project at my home. My initial meeting with Jay to go over the project and and have measurements taken for estimates was great. We met with Carol in their office to discuss the project a bit and product options and start dates. The windows we selected were ready on time and start and completion of project went smoother than we could have ever hoped. Jay and his guys were great to deal with working in and around our home and Carol was fantastic to deal with on the office end. There were no surprises, no hidden or extra costs, they exceeded our expectations all around. We have other larger projects planned in the future and there is. (Be sure to clarify whether transportation and installation are included in the price--This misunderstanding caused delays according to my contractor.)”

They were here every day till the job was done from 8:30 in the morning until at least 7:30 at night. Feed them ( not necessary ) and they go all day like energizer bunnies !! We knew our roof needed replacing ( 25 + years ) not leaking or anything but definitely needed replacing before it did .. We have always wanted a metal roof but felt we couldn't afford it.. It looks awesome, doesn't make the sound you think it would being metal ( we put some panels on a shed we have.. it rained you could hear the ping ping of the rain drops there but not on the house ) We have no doubt that if we have an issue ( doubt we will but you never know) they will be right back to fix it.
