“The HTI team was great! They helped me out with the insurance process from start to finish after a few branches poked holes in our roof. They explained the insurance process thoroughly and were even able to help me on some water stains we had inside of the house. The crews did an amazing job. They were extremely friendly and did a great job cleaning everything, even cleaned my gutters! They were able to get a brand new roof put on within a single day. I really appreciate these guys; they did a great job. Would definitely recommend!”

“Merchant contractors were really good, we had Chuma as the project manager he was also the sales rep and they were able to build a new kitchen with a new granite countertop it turned out beautiful because I was able to have my cabinets all white with beautiful handles and again I did a different Blue Island totally totally loved the job I will use them again”

“Central roofing replaced my old vinyl siding with Hardi plank & replaced all the old gutters & trim. They did an amazing job! They were on time, they worked quickly & were well supervised. This was the biggest job I have done on my home and they were the easiest & most professional guys I have ever worked with. The best part - they gave me the lowest bid!!! I bid my job out to 3 contractors & Central came in the lowest (by $10k in one case). Normally I'm worried about the cheapest guys but Mitch at Central knew what needed to be done & how long it would take - he was right on the mark. The others guys wanted to charge extra for random parts of the job just to nickel & dime me. I guy tried to convince me my whole shed needed to be torn down & rebuilt for $8000. Mitch at Central said it merely needed to have to have the roof repaired & just reprinted. He was right. Central is a rare company that has fair pricing, honest management & super quality work.”

“ABS was one of five contractors I received bids from when I was planning to have two pathways redeveloped at my home in Damascus. ABS was competitive--not the cheapest--but Gary clearly was the most professional in every way in trying to get my work. In the end, I made the right choice. Gary's input to my original designs greatly enhanced the projects. Both pathways came out wonderfully in appearance and function. His crews are darn hard workers! They showed up on time and worked long days. They did little things I did not expect--such as grading the dirt around the paths and planting grass seed. And then they cleaned up immaculately. I give ABS my highest recommendation for home contracting--and have already referred them to a friend (who also was pleased with the work done by ABS at his home).”

“Our experience with Blair Construction was the replacment of our roof shingles. The process started with some research which lead to the decision that we only wanted to deal with a certified roofing system and contractor. A call to Blair Construction resulted in a quick response and visit by Randy Savage. Randy is extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions and concerns and provided many samples for us to choose the color and specifications. Blair Construction's quote was competative, everything spelled out and presented well by Randy. The installation was smooth, experienced efficient crews, all shrubs protected, all nails picked up and completed in a timely manner. Each day a Blair supervisor or Randy came by to check on the installation and upon completion Blair Construction provided excellent follow up.
