“We hired Streamline Construction to perform a bathroom remodel. The project was completed prior to the promised due date, and the result was excellent. The workers were respectful, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.”

“We never hired a contractor due to all the horror stories, decided to join Angie's List to see if we could find a reputable and ethical one. Our home was built in 1954 and there's one bathroom that's never been remodeled. We called Mike and he actually answered the call instead of letting it go to voice mail. We made a appointment and he showed up on the scheduled date and time. Instantly we felt comfortable with Mike, he had great ideas and listened to our needs. Mike looked over the job & suggested a design, which we liked and decided to go with. Our old bathroom had ceramic Tile that ran halfway up the walls, and a shower stall the size of a broom closet (bathroom has a separate tub and shower). Mike demoed the entire shower area & halfway up all walls. We knew our toilet had a leak and wanted to have the floor torn up to check for damage. As it turned out the toilet leak had caused some wood rot and the sub-floor had to be torn up around that area and joists had to be replaced. This added $375.00 to the project. The medicine cabinet we chose was 30' wide which ran right into a vent pipe for the bathroom that had to be moved & cost an additional $250.00. Obviously Mike couldn't see through walls so this was an unexpected expense and we decided to have the vent pipe moved. The window was a retrofit from the 80's that was just awful and loud, it was replaced with a new vinyl window that looks great. We decided to go with the vinyl tub instead of the cast iron. I was set on the cast iron because I've seen how poorly the vinyl tubs are installed & Mike invited me to his home to see how his looked in his bathroom, it looked great. We went with the vinyl tub for our bathroom and are very happy with it, it looks wonderful. We decided to have Mike custom build and stain the vanity cabinet, which looks amazing, much better than that stuff you buy at the home improvement stores. The granite top also looks great. All the brushed nickel faucets look great and are also name brand. We let Mike make all the design decisions and are very happy we did, our new bathroom looks amazing and we are very happy with the end result. The way he positioned the tile on the floor and shower wall/floor look fantastic. Mike coordinates his jobs/crew very well so there was someone at the house every day. All the guys on his crew are very tidy and cleaned up every day. I must say we got exactly what we wanted and Mike delivered exactly what he promised. When a contractor lets you come to his home and walk through every room to see the details that he has promised, it certainly raised my comfort level. The bathroom looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend Mike, and have encouraged him to give client's my number if they should like further information about Mike's work from this very satisfied customer. Frame shower pan. 8. Frame small wall between shower & tub. 9. Install hot mop on shower pan. 10. Provide & install tile on two shower walls up to the ceiling. 11. Install tile in diagonal in shower pan. 12. Provide & install 1 ft tile around tub. 15. Provide & install bathroom floor tile. 16. Provide & install 3 fluorescent recess lights. 17. Provide & install ceiling fan with heat. 18. Provide & install wall switches to control electrical lights. 19. Install new framing for recessed medicine cabinet above vanity. 20. Provide & install 1 GFI next to vanity. 21. Provide & install approximately 4 ft vanity. 22. Provide & install 2 doors for cabinet above toilet. 23. Provide & install white under mount sink & faucet. 24. Provide & install vinyl, dual glazed, energy efficient sound proof window. 25. Install Hollywood light above medicine cabinet (homeowner provides). 26. Install medicine cabinet (homeowner provides). 27. Install towel racks & toilet paper rack ( homeowner provides). 28. Provide & install granite for bathroom vanity. 29. Patch, sand & prime all walls. 30. Paint all exposed walls & ceiling. 31. Provide 7 install frame & shower door. 32. Clean & haul away all construction debris.”

“Pure home remodeling renovate my kitchen including all the appliances (Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Range hood, stove). The work took close to 3 weeks which during this time, Adi (who was the person that in charge on all the crew, subcontractors and vendors) was at the house on a daily basis making sure that everything is going according to plan and that all the other people that working that day, will do the job on the perfect side. More than that, he made sure to inform us on any progress and issues that came along the way and he did all he could to stay under the agreed budget. We are very happy with the work that they did and the new kitchen came out much nicer than we imagined.”

“As a General Contractor, I've worked with several cabinet makers over the years. After my first project with Jacob @ Marathon Cabinets, I've worked with them exclusively for the last 7 -8 years. He is a pro's pro & his team is excellent. A problem that I've experienced with many cabinet makers is that their stain/paint finish work was inconsistent. This is clearly not the case here. He has the same people working with him since the day we met. He also always delivers for me on time & with no surprises. I've done small $10,000.00 projects & large $50 - $100,000.00 projects & the results are the same. Excellent!”

“I feel that I was incredibly lucky to find Open Hand and work with them on my remodeling project. I met Danny, who is great, but Mike was the lead person I worked with and, after the three months my projects ended up taking (the majority of the work taking place from mid-December to mid-February and the rest in April), I would trust him, Rafael, and the other guys on their crew with my life - and pretty much did a couple of times. :) I started with them on a relatively small interior remodel of my kitchen, and was initially impressed when Mike's estimate came in at one-third that of the other company I contacted (and which had seemed totally outrageous to me). They did a beautiful job on that and *fast* so that I could have my kitchen finished by Christmas. I was so pleased about their work that I talked to Mike about doing a major exterior project - removing a ton of concrete and redoing the driveway and, as it turned out, also building a deck in the front of the house. Every step of the way, the work was beautifully done and their prices were very reasonable. In addition, they were responsive and incredibly helpful when things went wrong, as things inevitably do on a big project. In this case, that included finding out a sewer pipe was blocked by a tree root in the middle of redoing the driveway. The guys were here digging out the root and repairing the pipe - on Superbowl Sunday! - so that I wouldn't have to go stay in a hotel and we could keep on schedule. What I really appreciated about the Open Hand crew, and especially Mike, is that they put some thought into what will make your house more comfortable. For instance, I had not even considered replacing my old single-pane windows, but after listening to me complaining about how cold it was in the house while they were working on the kitchen, Isaac brought up the idea with me. Mike followed up with an estimate, but then let the idea rest, so I never felt pressured to add to the work order. I ended up deciding they were right about the windows, and the guys did an incredible job of matching the look of the old windows with new energy-efficient ones. The difference in terms of keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter - not to mention in my energy bills - is amazing! All in all, I found Mike and everyone at Open Hand to be really kind and thoughtful people who are also great at what they do, fair in their pricing, and quick and communicative. I was actually not prepared to have such a smooth, positive remodeling experience! I'm very happy with how everything has turned out, and so are my neighbors - I have folks stopping by all the time now to comment on how great the deck and driveway look, and they don't even know about the fantastic work in the kitchen. :) I will definitely recommend Open Hand to everyone I know who's thinking about remodeling.”

“One Week Bath is the Nordstroms of bathroom remodeling. They provide five star customer service, quality, and professionalism. Matt met with me for five hours to select the items for the renovation of my two bathrooms. I'm sure my lack of budget combined with hesitation toward the project was a challenge for him, but he did a great job of managing me through the process. The crew did meticulous work (especially with the shower and floor tiling) and was most impressive when they came up against issues (no job is without them). They always had a solution in play before I was even aware of the issue. When my 60+ year old house posed things that needed to be fixed, they fixed them. They didn't simply slap tile over the issue to cover it up. They live up to their name and complete a bathroom renovation within a week. A key to their ability to keep to the promised timeline is the extent of their documentation and communication. Great News! They also remodel kitchens!”
