“Remodeled whole house!! HGI was on time and fast, but took care of the tiniest details. Workman ship on tile and flooring was clean and professional. Resurfaced fireplace from old brick to beautiful new stone! Painting was neat and professional, no sloppy work. Fixtures were replaced and updated. Popcorn ceilings removed, new bathroom counters and fixtures. Design was as good as construction, maybe better. Could not have been happier. Here’s the bottom line - work was professionally done on time and at a cost that was reasonable. I was consulted and communicated with almost daily about progress. None of those horror stories you hear about regarding experience with other contractors not showing up or shabby work. Hire HGI with no worries, the best, ask for Alex.”

“The Residence Doctor did a phenomenal job with our remodel. The professional team was a constant presence at our home overseeing the job (master bath, fire place, fixtures, repairs, flooring, etc.) and making sure they were exceeding our expectations. “CM Designs helped transform several rooms in our home. They were able to provide a wide variety of material selection but yet not an overwhelming selection of: fabrics, paint samples, rock and flooring. They also guided us after the projects in regards to buying art and finishing touches that helped tie the entire look together. “I have used David Leva and his team of contractors on two accasions so far in my home. The first was a complete kitchen/family room/laundry room update, and the second was a complete guest bathroom remodel. In both projects, if it could be replaced, updated, or remodeled, we did it. DreamMaker's team of contractors are top notch and highly skilled in their given areas. They are exceptionally respectful of your home, and take great care from beginning to end to clean up and minimize the mess of the work, as much as you can in a major renovation. From floors, cabinets, plumbing, tiling, painting to replacing major items such as sinks, windows, tubs, showers, toilets, fireplaces, etc, they can do it all. The quality of the work is second to none, and David continues to make sure things are up to your expectations, even after the job is finished. We have one more major renovation planned in our house, the master bathroom, and DreamMaker will complete that when the time comes!”
