We were comfortable from the moment we walked into the showroom just before closing on a Saturday. We left our names and phone number and received a follow-up call from Chelsea the following week. We never felt pressured and appreciated her ideas. We ended up scheduling to have the kitchen, bedroom, and guest bathroom floors done and a kitchen backsplash installed. Everything was completed according to schedule with no unexpected delays. We cannot say enough about the quality workmanship of the installers, who paid attention to detail and took pride in their work.
