“Patrick did an excellent job with my kitchen remodel! He was always punctual, helped me coordinate the countertop amd appliance installations, left the work space organized and clean at the end of each day and followed up with me periodically after it was all finished to see how things were and if there was anything I might have questions or concerns about. He and Ami are a power team...they genuinely care about their clients and providing not only excellent work and craftsmanship, but a top notch customer service experience! “We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“David and his team came to me at the recommendation of the owner of Daly's, a local family-owned paint store. Our job was tricky because of outside moisture and required exacting attention to complete. David provided the most comprehensive bid and services of anyone I considered. He visited the site several times, including just to answer our questions about the project, and was always here to supervise the work. Every call or email was answered within 24 hours. His crew was highly professional. Although we paid at the high end for our project, I feel I was fully informed, and it was well worth the cost and will be of long term value.”

“We hired Bennett to perform a full kitchen remodel for our home - every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care. We worked through a design that worked for us, maximized the space available to us (and even found the best design to match the space, at the lowest cost of all the options available to us), and ended up with a transformative space for our entire home. We had a lot of questions throughout the entire process - Bennett was always gracious with his time and more than willing to explain every option available to us (even going so far as to find additional solutions for us on multiple occasions). Bennett was thorough and on top of everything. We always felt we had an advocate with every contractor in our home - with him even going so far as to clean our space because some dust had made its way out. We got the project done with only a few small delays (entirely due to a couple cabinets being delivered in the incorrect configuration - which Bennett was able to get fixed promptly and at no cost to us) and on the budget we agreed to. I would give Innovated Home Renovations and Bennett my full throated endorsement and recommendation for anyone who wants a top notch remodel for their home. We'll definitely be going back when we want to get our bathroom done!”
