We were not living in the home so it was imperative that we find someone who was professional, reliable, and trustworthy. From start to finish, it was a joy working with Ed Kaplan and The Buckingham Group. He was responsive to our needs and desires in the design phase and innovative in the solutions proposed. The building phase was remarkable. ON TIME, within budget, and professionally efficient. The Buckingham Group gave us a calendar so we knew what was happening every day, and as we visited the site they were right on schedule. Ed was very responsive to any concerns we raised and we were extremely satisfied with the result. “RSTulsa has done several remodeling jobs in our present home from tile on the floors to updating kitchen cabinets and appliances to gutting our master bath and rebuilding to adding a sundeck on the back of our house. Each project met or exceeded all our expectations. Randy Carter, owner, is honest and easy to talk to or work with. He listened to our ideas and added his. He was always open to suggestions and any criticism we might have. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home or leaving him here to work on projects in my absence. His employees or sub contractors also were easy to have in my home. Randy Carter, is in total charge of anyone doing work for him. He also is meticulous in his work even down to the clean up.”
