“The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. I own several rental properties across the country and regularly interact with contractors. I can honestly say that Agape is the best team I have ever worked with. Many thanks to Jerry for a fabulous job and work experience. You are my go-to guys from now on!”

“Eric is a very unique contractor. He is the kind of guy you want to have dinner with after the job is complete. He is very budget conscious, pays attention to time frame and all the many details that go into a remodel. His crew is very tidy and very respectful of your space. They understand having contractors and subs in your house is very invasive. They do all they can to clean up and finish the job on time. Very nice company!”

“The job Steveson Remodeling did for us involved carpentry repairs and painting of the wooden window surrounds of our house. Steve Orelup is both a carpenter and a contractor. He brought in painters and effectively coordinated his carpentry with their painting. He had very creative and effective ways of handling the repairing part of the job. I plan to hire him again.”

“Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”

“We hired ICO after we purchased our first home and needed the kitchen remodeled. We contacted multiple companies that provided estimates for our dream kitchen. We chose ICO to do the job and we couldn’t pick a better fit! They are very professional, detail oriented and costumer attentive! The project was done in time , in our budget and the end result was beyond our expectations! The communication was great! “We hired Kitchen Design Concepts to design and remodel our master bathroom. Not only did they deliver an amazing bathroom that met all of our requirements, they did it within the estimated time promised and within budget. Additionally, our bathroom was not your average bathroom, we needed a wheelchair accessible bathroom including a "curb less" shower. They came up with a design that made the entire room one level and basically a "wet room". They took the time to interview us and measure the wheelchair dimensions, my husbands eye height (for the mirror) and body height so the sink, mirror, grab bars, shower fixtures, etc. could be perfectly placed for our use. Their main crew is the nicest, most conscientious group of individuals we have ever worked with on a remodel. We will certainly use Kitchen Design Concepts again for our next remodel.”

“This is the second remodel project we have done with USI Remodeling. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. It is the central meeting place in our house and everyone compliments us on its breathtaking design and flawless attention to detail. We recommend USI to everyone, and will continue to use them on all of our remodeling needs. I sum up Chris and Gordon this way, "Chris and Gordon are promise keepers."”
