“Robert is the owner of This company called Bob Mahalo. I am not a contractor, therefore I seeked Robert's advice on his expertise regarding what repairs I should do without going over my head in expenses. The magic he did was amazing and at a reasonable cost. Following his advice along the way as to how to renovate my unit was remarkable for the price. “My husband and I first hired Ion Builders in late 2014 to remodel the vanities and counters in two of our bathrooms, and we are thrilled with the results. The work was completed while we were on vacation – something we were reluctant to do at first – and our trust in Trevor Yee and his crew was rewarded with a high-quality job done seamlessly without our having to experience all the upheaval that such jobs usually entail for homeowners who remain on the premises. Trevor personally did a walk-through with us upon our return and handled two or three small changes we requested on the spot. We hired Trevor again in early 2015 for some additional work at our home, including a very difficult replacement of some upper level windows, again with excellent results. “Eric made dozens of repairs and upgrades to my house, including replacing kitchen, bedroom and living room flooring, tiling two kitchen countertops, building an outdoor deck, repairing garage lighting, replacing gutters and reconfiguring the drainage system, modifying a kitchen cabinet to accommodate a large refrigerator, replacing ceiling fans and an outdoor sink, installing water filters, replacing an odd-sized bathroom vanity, and a lot more. When you hire Eric, you get an extremely versatile and super-competent handyman, a licensed contractor and a disciplined, creative and hard-working problem solver. Eric always shows up on time, communicates well, consistently comes up with creative solutions and gets results that will meet or exceed your expectations.
