“Rossi Construction remodeled my condo in Florida while I was living in Houston, TX. The crew did an amazing job of demolition and rebuilding and I was completely satisfied with the results! Mr Rossi did the work for a fair price and in the time frame that was discussed at our consultation meeting. There were a few changes in the materials and design and he gladly helped make those changes happen. The punch list at the end of the process was very minor and the final results were incredible! The local realtor uses my condo and the work that was done to show potential clients what a remodeled unit in our complex could look like! They are the best and the quality of the work was superb!”

“Awesome, professional and Honest company. It took a moment to find a company to do a small bathroom remodel, but I was blessed to happen KB Design They make you feel like you are their family, not a customer. The demo team was outstanding, and there was a clean up team that came in after the demo. I have had a lot of remodels, but have never experienced, the clean up after the demolish. This was always done when the job is completed. I really like this company and highly recommend them for fair, professional remodels, done with care, as if it were their own homes. Their prices are competitive and fair. During this time when COVID is the reason for Everything, cost, lack of materials, work delays, disgruntled workers, I made an excellent choice with Tampa Bay K&B. We were so pleased with that project that we hired her for our huge master bathroom project. Years later, we decided to sell our condo and we sold it in 3 days....because the bathrooms were so amazing!
