I now have two beautiful rooms and a kitchen that looks like it belongs! I also appreciated Lori's thoughts on where to purchase furniture. “John Simmons of C3 is selling my house in Berthoud, Colorado. He recommended Amy Laner for staging. Since I am not a pack rat and do not like clutter, Amy thought my house was already pretty much staged. Amy and her assistant, Gretchen took over 2 hours walking the interior of my house. Amy was extremely detailed in her observation while Gretchen took notes. For example, Amy recommended power washing the bird droppings above the front door and replacing the elegant door knob that was bleached from the sun to make the front door poop. Afterwards Amy spent another 45 minutes going over notes and getting to know me. I would highly recommend Amy's service to anyone and Gretchen was professional and personable.”
