“CLR Carpentry is the best - the best carpenter and general contractor I've ever used. Chris does superb work, very detail oriented, and manages the project very well. He is meticulous, reliable, and very reasonable and pleasant. He has a lot of good ideas and recommendations, and always tries to make the customer happy. He manages the big picture while attending to all the details. He hires good subcontractors and manages them well. Just no flaws. “I have hired Mike for numerous projects. From Bathroom tile, kitchen floor, carpentry, and rebuilding my shed that was about to collapse. Mike has done fantastic work on every project. However, the best part of working with Mike is his honesty and integrity. If he says he will be there, you can count on it. On a few occassions he has even offered cheaper alternatives due to his experience because he understands the value of his name. “I live in New Jersey and have a few properties in Massachusetts. I needed work done on two of my properties. I normally send my team of guys up there when work or repairs are needed but this time I couldn't because of poor timing. I spoke to a handful of contractors over the phone. When I spoke to Chris from Develop X Properties, he reached my comfort level in the first minute of our convo. He assured me the work would be done within my budget and in a timely fashion. The most important part is that he kept me updated throughout the whole process. Chris was very responsive and very transparent. They did a fabulous job on both of my properties.
