“We hired ICO after we purchased our first home and needed the kitchen remodeled. We contacted multiple companies that provided estimates for our dream kitchen. We chose ICO to do the job and we couldn’t pick a better fit! They are very professional, detail oriented and costumer attentive! The project was done in time , in our budget and the end result was beyond our expectations! The communication was great! We got updates on every step of the process and they always made sure we know what’s being done and confirmed with us multiple times before proceeding to the next step. “The two things that most influenced my decision to work with Agape were: 1) Agape's excellent feedback on Angie's List; 2) Jerry's (the owner) "regular guy" appeal to the consumer. No sales pitch; all work is done by the company and not sub'd out. All companies say they value customer satisfaction, but Jerry sincerely conveyed to me that customer service is not simply a slogan but guiding principle of Agape. They delivered!!! His workers were polite, timely, and meticulous in the quality of their work; the finished product greatly exceeded my expectations. Our master bath and bedroom project went so well and the results were so overwhelming, there was no decision in who we were going to use for our kitchen. Chris and Gordon are great listeners. They listen first and present recommendations after carefully considering several options, and their recommendations always hit the mark. Our kitchen was in need of a serious facelift and improvement to functionality. The final product is warm and inviting, modern functionality with a traditional look. In every project Wil was professional, focusing on detail, quality and customer satisfaction. His price points were reasonable, based on other competitive bids I obtained during my personal research.
