“Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets recently completed a kitchen renovation for us and I couldn't be happier with the results. I got quotes from a wide variety of companies and was very disappointed when so many of them came back significantly over our stated budget. I felt as if some of the companies recognized what this project meant to me and preyed upon my dream in an attempt to increase the budget. Kyle Zimmerman (owner of Capital Mark Granite and Cabinets) didn't play any of those silly games. He quickly understood my vision and respected our budget and timeline. I could tell he was different from the others the first time I met him - his honesty and integrity were apparent in everything he said and did. I'd been dreaming of a fabulous French Country Kitchen for many years and I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. Kyle's knowledge, experience and creativity allowed him to come up with some remarkable ideas and suggestions that I'd never even thought of. His input was instrumental in making my dream kitchen even better than I could have hoped. Kyle was intricately involved in every step of the process and he was great at communicating and keeping me up to date. He always seemed to know just what to say to keep me calm and on track as things progressed. As good as Kyle is, he can't do it all by himself. He has obviously taken great care to assemble a group of extraordinary trades people/companies. Everyone working in our home was friendly, professional, hardworking and, quite obviously, among the best in their chosen profession. It's easy to be wonderful when everything is going smoothly, but the real test is how people handle a situation when everything doesn't go exactly as planned. We didn't encounter any major problems, but the few minor glitches we had were handled flawlessly. Kyle's quiet confidence and calm demeanor was really reassuring. When I changed my mind at the last minute on some decorative posts, he carefully explained the additional costs and then he calmly made it happen. I thought he might get annoyed at the last minute change, but his friendly smile never wavered. When I realized I'd taken on too many little projects on my own (in an attempt to save money), he instantly came to my rescue and called people in to finish the work I couldn't do. Overall, I am completely happy with my new kitchen and extremely grateful to Kyle and his team for making my dream come true! I wholeheartedly, and without reservation, recommend Capital Mark for any renovation project you may be considering. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!”

She has established herself with a great career path in all aspects of products for a home. The installation team is great, respectful, hardworking and all her family! This is the family to take your work to! “From the time Mike Ambrose picked up the phone when I called William Jackson till the time I signed off and paid my final bill, he was respectful and thorough. I sat down in his office with his computer aided rendering of my space with a kitchen that would have made me jealous were it not my own! How did he do that? He knew the questions to ask! He and I had a conversation by phone and in person while he measured my kitchen and bathroom spaces. I hardly realized the conversation led him to the information he needed to design the perfect kitchen and bathroom for me. He saw flaws in my original kitchen that I had never noticed, and corrected them in the new plan. I made only two adjustments to the very first kitchen he planned. It was that perfect! Mike is a great listener, a great studier of space and lifestyle through each person he serves. He is meticulous with details and options. I learned so much from him during this project! When Bill Clerke, the owner and installer, came to "build" my kitchen space, he was quiet and clean. No loud radio or phone calls in my presence. He never called attention to himself, just put the kitchen together. He only interrupted me if he had a question--and that was seldom because Mike had taken care of so many of the details in the planning process that the construction went smoothly. “Over this past summer, we contracted Rapid Restoration & Construction to do some home renovations for us. This included the installation of new LVT flooring planks over our existing tile, the replacement of new baseboards, updating our outdated oak & carpet staircase, a new shower installation and the painting of cabinets and doors. We are very pleased with the job Rapid Restoration has done and have received many compliments on the updated home renovations. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, however, the job took a little longer than initially anticipated, but the owner, Dave, was dedicated to getting everything completed within our designated time frame. Dave and his team are extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do some home renovations and/or remodel.”

“We hired Connor Contracting to do a major remodel of our house including the kitchen, master bath and laundry room. Stacy Connor has the expertise and team of expert subcontractors that brought our ideas to reality including excellent suggestions to make it even better. Stacy gives his projects 110 percent effort with all the integrity anyone could ask for from a General Contractor. One thing I really appreciated was having Stacy's foreman on the job every day, all day to oversee every detail. Our project included removing our tub and shower and building a new large shower with a European Entry (curbless). Since we want to 'age in place' we wanted a bench and grab bars included in the design. It turned out gorgeous with a linear drain, frameless shower (rain) glass and 20x20 Italian porcelain tile. We love it. With a smaller Pella window installed, they were able to install a new longer vanity with two towers that give us a lot more storage than medicine cabinets. The cabinets, countertop and light fixtures (with guidance of designer Jonelle Davis from Davis Design Group) all turned out better than I could have imagined. We love our new kitchen which includes all new cabinets, a larger center island with additional cabinets on the back of the island, an induction cooktop and large pot drawers. The foreman took our old kitchen cabinets and refit them to our laundry room, took out a regular door and installed a pocket door for unhindered access to the utility sink. We have so much more storage in our laundry room now and more than double the countertop area. The project went smoothly, on time and on budget. We have a quality remodel that exceeded our expectations. I still can't believe it is our home and I just smile when I look around. Connor Contracting did a fabulous job.”
