My first meeting was with Stephanie, who was so excited about my project. She was very professional and laid out the process in a comprehensive and easy to understand way, complete with great hand-outs. The remodeling itself took approximately 4 months, and it could not have gone more smoothly. Travis and Jose' watched every detail and explained everything that was happening on the spot. They kept things running very smoothly with almost no down time between subs. They even finished quite a bit ahead of schedule! There were zero surprises with regards to the scope of work or the cost. They and their vendors were extremely courteous of our "space," and did everything they could to make the remodel as painless as possible. Jose' went above and beyond my expectations as the job supervisor, checking in with me almost daily, being available whenever I had a question and providing me with weekly summaries of what had been accomplished and what work would be done the following week. He continues to be a resource if I have any questions at all about my house! One additional bonus to having Titus do my work was the app they use to manage projects. I was able to look at the calendar to see who was supposed to be working at any point, it was where I could see any communications and sign documents as well as pay my invoices.
