“I had an Ugly Pool. called We Fix Ugly Pools and I was shocked when the owner (Brian) answered the phone himself! He was the one that came out to asses my pool (2 days later, which I thought was quick) gave me several different options to fit my budget. Did the work, and I was swimming in less than 2 weeks in my "Brand New" Pool (wasn't new, but it felt and looked like it)!”

“All the pools I owned only 2 where not Shasta and I pd. dearly for that. We bought a smaller home it had a pool, and I hate the pool. No it is not Shasta, times got bad and just can't afford to have this pool fixed or replaced by Shasta. I guess you get what you pay for, or you get something discussing what you don't have the money to fix. I have always had good service with Shasta.”

“Mike Cohen, Sonja Cellucci and their team worked with us to completely renovate and redesign our backyard pool, hardscape and softscape. Our pool was over 20 years old and the entire backyard was draining soil and debris into our pool, every-time it rained. Mike and his team worked with us and the pool designer (Sonja Cellucci) to solve the drainage problems. We ended up with a sensational design, expanded the new deck with gorgeous travertine stone and added stunning lighting & fire pit. They also provided guidance to our landscape designer and the total effect was stunning. We enjoyed working with Mike & Sonja - they finished the job on time and under-budget! We heartily recommend Crystal Falls Pools.”

“We had planned on buying a hot tub for some time, but didn't know who to use. After wading through the list and doing some research it seemed that Spas by Design merited a look see. From the moment we met Tim we knew this is who we wanted to use. He took the time to explain the process and showed us the best options (not the most expensive) for our needs. And then he offered an alternative from buying new. The spa was larger than we would probably have purchased, but the price was outstanding. From the time we signed to the time they were finished everything was done professionally and with constant feedback. The finished product exceeded our expectations. Following installation, we had a couple of minor issues and questions and they responded promptly to both. We look forward to a long term relationship with Tim and the company. I recommend them unequivocally.”
