“From our first meeting with Charlie from BB Pools and Landscapes, we had complete confidence and trust in him. He worked with us in developing a beautiful design for our backyard pool and landscaping. He really listened to what we were looking for but he also brought many inspirational ideas of his own to the table. The result was a design that perfectly captured our vision. The execution of the project itself could not have gone better. From the timeframe we were told it would take to complete the job, to there being no hidden costs, all went as planned without any unpleasant surprises. Charlie is true to his word and his professionalism extends to his crew. It was an absolute pleasure to have them here. They worked diligently and it was evident that they all took pride in their work. “We had the pleasure of having Horvath Design Build Landscapes transform our home, turning a driveway and walkway replacement into feeling like we are living in a resort. Matthew has an excellent spirit, which we noticed right from the start and all the way through the project. We had done some contractor shopping and when they had come to look at our home, they took the time to offer a number of ideas and options and you could see they cared about us and our home and not just getting the job. They provide professional design services and take the time to step back and have a bigger vision while still offering flexibility for what works for the client. “Last year we enjoyed our first full summer of our pool. Le me tell you that Matteo and his crew did a fantastic job. We were satisfied with the the quality of the workmanship and the fact that they were always available for touch ups if needed, and any time we had a question that need to be answered. “H2O Pools was exceptional to deal with. From the beginning of the quote process we knew they were a reputable company and would stand by their work. Bryce walked us through the whole process prior to beginning the project, and they followed exactly what was explained even with the massive amounts of rain we experienced this spring. Bryce the owner was a pleasure to deal with throughout the project, and even when the project was finished he checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy with the service. “We went back to York Region Hot tub as our experience with Elliot had been good years ago when we bought our first Hydropool tub. This time we also had our patio installed by Elliot's team. We have not been disappointed. Elliot is easy to work with - he took my plan and made it come to life. Made it so much better than I had imagined - but still mine. John & his crew did an amazing job building the patio - it looks great & will stand the test of time with it's solid construction. All in all a very positive experience.
