We have used them twice this month, once for a clogged kitchen drain and then for a burst pipe in the ceiling. Then we called them to check if our tankless water heater was leaking on a Sunday because of puddle in garage (by this time we were paranoid) and the tech asked when we had it serviced last. We had never had it serviced because the plumbers that installed it never told us that it needed annual service! So now they are coming back this week to service it and set us up for annual service visits—and they did not even charge for the trip on Sunday. They are honest and reliable and explain how they are fixing your problem and what caused it. Their prices are very reasonable compared to what some of the other companies have charged us and only provided shoddy work which we had to have re-done in some cases.”
