“Totally re-plumbed our 1950's rambler built slab on grade (so some pipes were buried in concrete and there is no crawl space. Strictly Sewer was recommended to me by the company that scoped the line of an 8-unit Seattle apartment building in a pre-purchase inspection. Roots were encountered that prevented a camera from viewing the line beyond a certain point.
