We will definitely hire him for our future exterior and interior painting. We liked that he is the owner, he did the proposal bid himself, and he did the painting himself (along with Steve). We did not want one guy to bid and then a whole team of unknown people to do the painting. We were worried about some trees and plants being damaged, but Jeff left them in perfect condition.
