We spoke over the phone first and then scheduled a date to talk over some ideas, in which she provided about three or four sketches of possible options. The sketches included specific measurements of my room and the furniture she thought matched my criteria, as well as different ideas for my walls (paintings, wallpaper...) and complete with accessories (lamps, curtains, rugs, seats...).
