“Searched forever for a painting company and so glad I chose this one! They painted my 1915 house in the village of Kent, CT. House had layers and layers of chipping paint and shutters were falling apart. Sanded house down to bare wood with a tent over it as there was a worry of lead paint used in the past. Rounded moldings were difficult to sand and had to be done by hand. Thiago had his workers continue to sand these areas until I was satisfied. Also painted foundation and had his carpenter repair and replace moldings around exterior. Anything that I was not 100% satisfied with, Thiago had his crew fix. House looked amazing after it had been painted. Since I had ordered all new shutters and was waiting for them, Thiago returned 8 weeks later when the shutters were ready (even though I had already paid him in full for the job.) He painted and installed the shutters and refused any payment as he said it was included in the original estimate. Thiago’s crew was reliable and cleaned up when the job was finished. I could not recommend this company more.”
