“This lighting and design store has a huge inventory of products. I purchased 3 kitchen pendant lights and a dining room chandilier. My order came in earlier than expected which was great! . After my pendant lights were hung, i realized they didn't provide enough light. I called the store and asked explained I loved the lights but I didn't realized they were low voltage. I asked if I could purchase a different cylinder or lightbulb? The owner himself told me to return them and pick something that suited my needs better. I offered to pay the restocking fee and chose brighter pendants. This is unheard of! superior customer service at its best. I am excited to hang my new pendants when they arrive. “Well Where to start from, okay first of we are store that decided to make chandelier a part of our store display, which made it for us very hard to choose the chandelier designers, I contacted Prestige Chandelier, and they gave me a price, what made me deal with them was their prices, which was way less than our decided budget. We thought with this price we will not really get a perfect design, but actually it was the opposite, Prestige chandelier just amazed us with the quality that was way more than the price. “When I was originally contacted by the homeowner, I was asked to help with the Design, specifications and selections for Lighting throughout there New home. The homeowners really liked Murano Glass and wanted there home to emulate an Italian Hotel, but didn't have the experience or eye for such an extravagant, undertaking. After some research, I contacted Murano Imports regarding some dramatic chandeliers. I was greeted by a confident and polite owner, not a salesperson, who was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. After a conference call and consulting with the homeowners, we decided that we would design the lighting, specific to the homeowners needs and have it handcrafted and imported from Venice. A few drawings and glass samples later, we finalized the design's and waited for the stunning results. Eugene, himslf arranged and took care of all the italian translation and communication, including the importing details. At all times, during the entire project, the communication was great, and Eugene was just a phone call away! The end results were and are one of a kind, hand forged and signed, Masterpieces!
