“Well Where to start from, okay first of we are store that decided to make chandelier a part of our store display, which made it for us very hard to choose the chandelier designers, I contacted Prestige Chandelier, and they gave me a price, what made me deal with them was their prices, which was way less than our decided budget. We thought with this price we will not really get a perfect design, but actually it was the opposite, Prestige chandelier just amazed us with the quality that was way more than the price. “This lighting and design store has a huge inventory of products. I purchased 3 kitchen pendant lights and a dining room chandilier. My order came in earlier than expected which was great! . After my pendant lights were hung, i realized they didn't provide enough light. I called the store and asked explained I loved the lights but I didn't realized they were low voltage. I asked if I could purchase a different cylinder or lightbulb? The owner himself told me to return them and pick something that suited my needs better. I offered to pay the restocking fee and chose brighter pendants. This is unheard of! superior customer service at its best. I am excited to hang my new pendants when they arrive.
