“This lighting and design store has a huge inventory of products. I purchased 3 kitchen pendant lights and a dining room chandilier. My order came in earlier than expected which was great! . After my pendant lights were hung, i realized they didn't provide enough light. I called the store and asked explained I loved the lights but I didn't realized they were low voltage. I asked if I could purchase a different cylinder or lightbulb? The owner himself told me to return them and pick something that suited my needs better. I offered to pay the restocking fee and chose brighter pendants. This is unheard of! superior customer service at its best. I am excited to hang my new pendants when they arrive.
