“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“Lauren provided superior customer service. She was very helpful in assisting with the initial purchase, explaining what was required for an inside and external ceiling fan installation. The light kit was on backorder and Lauren explained she could ship the fan, and then the light kit when it arrived. I said to wait until everything was in. There was another delay this week and Lauren contacted me - this is where I believe she went above and beyond - she emailed me late Tuesday afternoon, and received my out of office for Wednesday, so she called me to make sure I was aware there was another delay on the light kit. I explained I was having an electrician install several ceiling fans on 6/1/13, and she recommended shipping the fan immediately so we had it in plenty of time for 6/1, and if the light kit came in later, she explained this was easy enough for us to install ourselves. She has been pro-active and responsive and in addition very pleasant. I would consider using your company again and Lauren is the reason. Thank you, Jo Rozell”

He scheduled a free demonstration for me during the next evening so I could get an idea if what his product could do for my home. He was courteous and even gave me information of competitors that he trusted so I could get multiple quotes. I went with Texas Outdoor Lighting because I could tell after meeting Joel and his employees that he had a hard working crew with the same type of integrity that he has. Joel also provides a free year of maintenance for his lighting systems and when that year is over, he has a no hassle maintenance program that I signed up for.
