“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“We love portals hardware! Having unique solutions to our client's needs is a must- portals nicely fills that requirement- offering a higher end product with unique style options that I dont see from other vendors. As glass fabricators and installers, a large portion of our business is in frameless shower enclosures- portals offers a truly unique line and excellent quality. My clients are thrilled. Recently, we received a product that was damaged (possibly during shipment) and portals expedited in sending a replacement. I was very pleased with the response from customer service- which is what prompted me to take the time and write a review. Thank you for a great product and customer service Portals!!!”

“Removed old framed shower doors and installed new frameless glass shower doors. Marvin scheduled appointments to measure and then to remove/install the shower doors upon product availability, arriving exactly on time within the 30 minute window we established and executing to the timeframes he provided for the appointments. Outstanding customer service across the entire process!”

“I had the light colored stain on my stair railing and newel posts glazed to match the new wood floor stain. From the beginning Brenda was extremely easy to work with, communicated effectively leading up to the start date, gave me several options, brought samples and pictures. There was no pressure and actually, she gave me time to have new stair carpet installed before she started work. Her work was impeccably neat, the job site was totally cleaned up each evening and there was never an indication she had been here during the day other than the progress on the project. The end product more than met my expectations - the finish has a lovely "glow" to it. It looks brand new! I definitely recommend her work and would have her back in home again for another project. I had only one other bid and her pricing seemed fair to me.”

“I had been waiting for 5 years to replace my cabinets in our home. I had several ideas and colors for my kitchen. Most of my time is spent in the kitchen with friends and family. We have several occasions a year entertaining and using our home for our family gatherings. They came out and gave ideas and color schemes that went with the rest of the work I had done.
