They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“I wanted to take a minute and review Tyrrell and Laing and Glyn Laing who is the President of Tyrrell and Laing International, especially after I read this recent review. I have ordered two different high end tubs from Glyn and with both orders the tubs were crated professionally and delivered with exceptional care. Because we ordered early the tubs were stored during the construction process and moved several times and yet we never encountered any issues. These tubs are incredibly sturdy and beautifully crafted. I find it difficult to believe that it is possible to do any damage because of the master craftsmanship and high quality product. In fact Glyn's customer service is so exceptional that when an critical problem occurred due to no fault of her company (a contractor installed a huge mirror above the tub which failed causing the mirror to shatter in the tub) she went out of her way to send a repairman from Orlando to Ponte Vedra who spent an entire Saturday polishing out and repairing the surface. It did not matter how many question or concerns we had during the ordering process or the installation, she was always there to assist.It is unfortunate what happened to the other homeowner but I can tell you from experience that if you order from Glyn you will not be disappointed and will be rewarded with the finest tub money can buy. With both tubs we ordered we added the massage therapy feature and would never be without it. “We have worked alongside Olde World for years and years. In every case they have created really wonderful and fully customized layouts using a variety of cabinetry, plumbing and lighting selections. Nancy has a very sophisticated design esthetic and can adapt her concepts to any style and situation. We've seen her create an incredibly detailed English pub bar, a super contemporary bathroom and everything in between. Her entire staff is extremely caring and dedicated. Recently, it was finally our turn to get the kitchen, laundry room, closets and master bathroom of our dreams. Everything was fully customized to fit our older home. It's incredible. We couldn't be happier!”

They offered the exact look we were going for, and at a price far less than comparable packages elsewhere. On top of that, They couldn't have been more helpful when the plumber had questions about the rough in plumbing. The tub and faucet showed up sooner than estimated and looks amazing. It appears to be of very high quality, and every bit as heavy as advertised! I would rate 5 stars, but because of delays on the project, we have yet to install the tub and faucet. Once that is done, and we can try it out, I will update. Service wise, this is 5 star all the way.”
