“eFaucets was superb! Amanda in sales helped us pick out all the faucetry, toilets and bathtub. We love it now that it is all installed. We went with the Kohler Escale collection in our bathroom remodel. Replaced an old clawfoot tub and we went ultra modern. The Escale freestanding tub has Bubblemassage. It's like my new personal spa. Tub is in the middle of the room with Symbol tub filler faucet. We went with the Escale vanity top sink and matching toilet. It's our new oasis.”

Not only has she been flexible with scheduling of meetings and project phases, she has provided some cost effective (and value-add) ideas we never even thought about. She is also willing to get her hands dirty and made a commitment to being there every step of the way. Patti has done a great job of planning within budget and respects that we do not want to see options that are out of our price range just to make more profit on the project. We will continue to use her for additional projects as we improve beyond the kitchen of our home and get our house ready to sell.”

“From start to finish, Adam was helpful and walked me through my options and was accommodating and worked closely with my contractor to be certain that all was as I wanted it to be. I knew that I wanted a copper hood for my remodeled kitchen but it far exceeds my expectations. We are still awhile away from the finished product but I find myself staring at it and knowing that it's the focal point of the project. I would recommend Copper Kitchen Specialists to anyone who even thinks that they want a copper range hood.”

“Purchased 3 new Design House brand indoor lighting fixtures. These fixtures were from the Drake collection and included a 3-light chandelier, a semi-flush mount ceiling light, and a flush mount ceiling light for a dinette, kitchen and entryway areas of my home, respectively. These were purchased as replacements for 3 old existing lights. Very pleased with the ease of installation, the matching finish of the oil rubbed bronze and overall product quality.”

“I worked with Gen III on a mid-sized project for a very particular client. The project covered several areas including a large laundry room, a large master closet, large master bath and a custom furniture-style armoire. The laundry room included many elements that were unusual; mesh drying racks, built in raised platforms for the washer and dryer, and pull out holders for the laundry baskets stored below the counter. In the master bath they suggested features that I had never heard of that made the functionality of the room top notch. Despite the fact that almost everything we did was "non-standard" every very detail of the project was executed precisely the way the client wanted it, and both myself and my client could not have been happier with the entire process. If I could rely on all of my tradesman to perform as Gen III did, my job would be a lot easier!”
