“A Direct works with many different vendors. Kraus is by far one of the best manufacturers we partner with. Their customer service department is always on top of their orders, returns, and the occasional damage. They ship out quickly for the amount of orders they receive, and provide us with the tools we need to help sell Kraus sinks and faucets. We also receive great feedback from our Kraus customers. They are impressed with the product, the price, and packaging. Their sinks come protected in a black cloth bag, along with a beautiful hand towel Kraus gives each sink customer.
