From the start she expaneded on our kitchen design and guided us with picking out floors, cabinets, countertops, faucets, backsplash, everything needed for a complete kitchen remodel. She coordinated and kept us up to date on all deliveries and installations and gave us and worked with a contractor who took out all the worries of a major renovation. Dealing with sub-contractors is always a headache, but Mel is different I just don't have to worry. I know he'll be there on time to measure. I know his guys will be there on time to install, They will take of there shoes in a house, and put down drop cloths.
