“We are building our new home which is 8000 sq ft. We bought all our light fixtures, all the plumbing fixtures and kitchen appliances from Ferguson in Memphis TN. They are very professional and thorough in their business dealing. If there was any change of order or price, they dealt with it professionally. The prices were great as well! At first we were under the impression that Ferguson was an expensive store , but it completely changed once they price matched everything. Overall we would give them an A+.”

“We have used countertops by Grothouse Lumber on a number of projects including countertops and even a teak tub deck. Not only is the quality of their product far superior to anything we have used in the past, but it looks beautiful. They are easy to deal with, give quotes back in amazingly fast times, but you always get exactly what you expect and most importantly...they stand behind the work they do. Everytime we use one of their wood tops it becomes the showpiece in that space. I encourage anyone who wants to check out some of their tops to visit the professional page of Echelon Custom Homes to view them...any wood top you see in our kitchens were done by Grothouse.”

“During the complete renovation of our kitchen, Dino worked closely with us to design and fabricate the perfect copper kitchen sink for us. Dino incorporated our specifications and delivered the well-crated sink in what seems like only a couple of days. He uses only U.S. virgin copper which gives us a great sense of relief because many manufacturers use recycled copper which may be contaminated with lead. Not only was Dino fun to work with and always available when we had questions, he offers a fair price for a high-end product -- something that is very rare these days. We really enjoyed working with Dino and recommend him without reservation to anyone contemplating having a copper sink designed and built. An all around veteran friendly good guy. “We are renovating our house and it has 3 bathrooms that need bathtubs and sinks. I'm a little overwhelmed with the amount of decisions being thrown at me in this very large renovation. I came across Badeloft.com and I just loved the look of their tubs/sinks. They were the only company to send us stone resin material samples of their glossy and matte finish. The material felt very solid and durable. I went with the BW01XL in matte finish since it was very modern looking. If you buy 3 or more they give you a nice contractor discount and their customer service and communication was A+++. Shipping was decently priced and on time. I would recommend Badeloft to anyone! “I am new with Plain & Fancy but I am very familiar with the brand. In the past, I've always admired P & F from afar. I’ve always thought that their product was for the elite, even though I am a luxury designer. I finally specified their product this year. I was very impressed by their quick response to my questions. Believe me, I’ve asked quite a bit! One of the things I found is that they offer many doors and finishes, all of which are very impressive. But the most impressive of all is the quality of the process. The process in their manufacturing. I can talk about great design here, but the fact of the matter is, what is great design if everything is going to fall apart after it is installed! I’ve designed many cabinetry cabinets before. I’ve even carried my own Amish made cabinetry. I was so impressed with the quality of Plain and Fancy that I am dropping my own cabinetry line!”
