“I would like to give my heartfelt appreciation to Carol and JJ for making my renovation journey such a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Carol is an amazing interior designer who is not only professional and creative, but also very approachable, friendly, and easy to communicate with. She took the time to understand my preferences and always provided thoughtful advice. Beyond her professionalism, her cheerful and cheeky personality made every discussion enjoyable and helped make the entire process feel much less stressful. JJ has been a fantastic project manager who is reliable, responsive, and always gets things done efficiently. He handled the coordination smoothly and gave me great peace of mind throughout the project. His funny and easy going personality also made the renovation journey much more enjoyable. Both Carol and JJ are a great duo. They are professional when it matters, but also fun, approachable, and genuinely pleasant to work with. Their dedication, teamwork, and ability to make things fuss free truly made a difference. I’m very grateful for their effort and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an ID and project manager who are not only capable, but also a joy to work with.”

“We approached `The Minimalist Society` to renovate our 4-room BTO apartment at Macpherson Weave. Their portfolio showcasing very simple & clean interior designs stood out and the "minimalist" concept (i.e. only having the essentials as part of your home decor, each item having a clear purpose) resonated with us. Their website exuded a calm and positive vibe which also contributed to our decision of approaching them. We had a pleasant experience with them from day one. The team assigned to us - Yi Ling, An Xin and Keith - were very approachable and basically guided us through the home renovation journey every step of the way. They were very responsive to all the random queries we had during the renovation journey, especially when most of them came during non-office hours i.e. after 8pm. We even had the luxury of going to Japan for our end of year holiday while they commenced the renovations in December 2025. The renovations were completed in mid-February 2026, but we already slowly moved our things over approaching that day. We were able to transition to our new home very seamlessly as there were almost no issues we found related to the renovation. Tiny issues (eg. very tiny water leak in bathroom sink) were resolved very promptly, within less than a day. The workmanship for our kitchen and bedroom carpentry were excellent and we feel so joyful using them till now. Very highly recommend their services if you are considering a minimalist concept. This review is a small way of me and my wife saying Thank You to `The Minimalist Society` for giving us our beautiful first home which we deeply appreciate and feel very grateful for.”

“Todate it has been a 10 month journey with ID Tricia since we 1st met up in Yang's Inspiration Design Office in Sept 2024. We decided to sign up with Tricia as we felt her pleasantness and her knowledge of work, in addition to the fact that Yang's is a Casetrust company. Tricia took time and patience in listening to our ideas, walked us through the design concept, made interesting and useful proposals without forcing them upon us. We adopted some of her interesting proposals. She would make changes willingly in accordance to our wishes. During the whole renovation period we did not have to worry as Tricia was fully involved in the whole process, including liaising directly with installer of airconditoners and blinds, and even arranged for the deliveries of various equipments as needed. She was responsive to messages even on weekends. When the work by the contractor did not meet up to her standard she ensured that it was re-done to her satisfaction, as such we were totally chilled when the completion of the bifold wooden door was delayed. As we settled into our new home we would like to say : "Thank you Tricia for a stress free journey."”
