“My husband and I hired Vivian for a new construction project. We had interviewed a handful of candidates, but what drew us to Vivian was her personality, professionalism, price and the resources that she brings to the table. Vivian's work ethic is admirable and the time and detail she put into our project is commendable. Vivian helped us with every little detail of new construction, including some very large decisions, such as completely redesigning the master bath layout and tweaking the design of the kitchen. There are so many details and decisions that need to be made when building a house. My husband and I have different tastes and Vivian needed to find a way for our styles to meet in the middle and express us both. Vivian would go through the extensive options available and narrow them down to what fit our tastes, making the a stressful process much easier to bare. After construction, Vivian also helped us with furniture and artwork placement. Most of our existing items were used, but we had one room unfurnished: the family room. Vivian helped us find the perfect couch, at the right scale, and even the fabric, including the area rug, coffee table, accent chairs, and accessories that were exactly what we wanted without emptying our pockets and maintaining the flow and look of the rest of the house. Vivian has an amazing eye for detail, listens to what the clients want, and works within budget. Vivian brought in design elements that were outside our comfort zone and ended up being home runs and statement pieces that we love and which also compliment our style. Vivian will definitely be our go-to designer for all of our design needs.”
