“After meeting with several interior designers my wife and I knew as soon as we met Jane that she was the one:) Jane got to know us a little and based on our personalities she was able to design our family room to suite our family. Jane's professionalism and knowledge about color, patterns, texture, furniture, etc. were amazing. She worked within the budget we gave her and even saved us hundreds of dollars. “I hired Vision by Nicole, LLC to undertake an extensive design/remodeling project in our mountain house located in AveryCounty, N.C. The included the entire main living area (kitchen, laundry, dining, living, bathroom and bedroom), plus the stairs, and the upstairs master bedroom & bathroom. Founder & CEO Nicole Blackon was hands-on throughout the entire project. Her designs and plans plans were exactly in accord with what we were trying to accomplish. On points where we disagreed, in the end we learned that she was always right in knowing what would and wouldn't work. Her projecrt oversight was intense. She was immediately all-over any problems that came up. Her selection of materials was impeccable, and she was meticulous down to the tiniest detail in project completion. We are completely satisfied, and have resolved to use Vision by Nicole, LLC exclusively for any future projects.”

“Jen is a genius! She took our run down back porch and turned it into a backyard retreat. Everyone who comes over comments on the amazing transformation and how beautifully it flows with the original house. “Jennifer and Cathy did a superb job of staging our house for us to get ready to sell it. They were not only professional, but also very personable. They had only a short amount of time to get our house ready for pictures and they went above and beyond to get the house completed on time. “Tamara made my family room so beautiful! She advised on how to make the existing room better by removing clutter, pulling the eye up using lighter colors, and moving around furniture. She guided me to a sleek, stylish, well made, well priced sofa that shows off my personal style. Lastly, Tamara worked with a seamstress and window treatment company to dress my windows. The shades are clean and well designed, and the valances are the crown of the room. Tamara hit the nail on the head with this garden-themed fabric that perfectly suits me and the view into my backyard. I was stuck on how to finish this room, and now I love it! Tamara did a great job for me and I would highly recommend her design services.”

“I work from home a good bit and wanted to revamp my home office space. It was dark, boring, and unorganized. I reached out to D'Nicole Home Decor and my expectations were exceeded tremendously! My home office is by far the most beautiful space in our home. It's classy, colorful, more functional, and it fits my personality. I LOVE it. It looks like something you would see in a magazine. D'Nicole was reasonably priced, professional, and extremely passionate about every single detail. I am very indecisive and I didn't give much insight on what I wanted because I had no idea. D'Nicole blew my entire mind. I wasn't allowed to see anything until the team was done. This made my experience even more exciting. インテリアデザイナーと建築士との違いは、建築基準法などの建築に関わる法令で定められた基準を守りながら建築の意匠設計を行うことができるのが建築士であるのに対し、各種法令に反しない範囲で建築の意匠設計の一部である“インテリアデザインのみ”を担当するのがインテリアデザイナーです。そのため、建築士の職能の一部を補助する役割としてインテリアデザイナーが位置づけられることもあります。大学や専門学校でデザインについて学んだ後、家具メーカーや建築会社などで実務経験を積むのが一般的で、インテリアデザイナーを名乗るのに特別な資格は特に必要ありませんが、実際の施工まで手がけられるよう、インテリア設計士資格や建築士免許を取得する人も多いです。
