“We've been happy with all the work we've had done when we replaced our heat pump but on our recommendation my brother contacted them for an estimate on a project that didn't go well. The company sent the wrong person out with the wrong tools, they arrived well after the arranged time and then had to go back to the shop to get the right tools at which point my brother said never mind. Instead his tenant did the project himself for a few dollars whereas Floods estimated hundreds of dollars. Feeling less willing to have them replace my toilet after his experience.”

“ESA replaced our fuel oil furnace with a natural gas furnace and replaced the old A/C with a more energy efficient model. They arrived on time, did the job as we had agreed, for the price we agreed and left everything in working order.
