“My tenant called me at around 11pm because the air condition wasn't cooling. Luckily my friend that also has several rental properties mentioned to me that Miami Ice helped him out when he was in a similar situation. So I called them up and within the hour Lazaro showed up and explained to me what is wrong with the air condition unit. He broke down me my options for repairing the 8 year old unit or just replacing it. So I decided it was best to replace it all while I also got a 10 year warranty on it.
