“I have a big dog and a little dog, so I get my carpets cleaned at least twice a year. I've tried several different companies, but this one is by far my favorite. They always make sure to ask if there's anything specific I want them to focus on (like stains or pet hair), and they always do an excellent job of addressing those things. The price is great too. “My experience with your company was wonderful. From the initial phone call I had with your company yesterday, to the service technicians who came out today, and then the customer service department taking the time to follow up I truly couldn’t be more pleased. Both gentlemen who showed up for the service call were courteous, professional and personable. They were quickly able to diagnose my problem and offer a solution at what I feel was a fair price. They left the work area clean when they were finished and asked if there was anything else they could do before leaving.
