“I emailed Dryer Vent Wizard of Mission Viejo last week and within minutes they got back to me with an appointment. Ron showed up on time (which is a big deal in today's world!). They were clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative as to what needed to be done to have my dryer working again at peak performance. A neighbor of ours recently had a vent fire in their laundry room and so it prompted me to have our vent cleaned out. I couldn't believe the amount of lint not only in our vent from the dryer itself to the wall, but going from the wall to the outside was almost completely clogged. I faithfully clean out my vent trap after every load so it amazed me how much lint made it through to the line. My dry time went from an hour for a load of sheets down to 15-20 minutes...incredible! I can't imagine how much money we were wasting in utilities (gas & electric) as well as wear and tear on my 2 year old dryer, I was ready to call the manufacturer and have a repair person come out, when all it needed was a good vent cleaning! I couldn't be happier with the results and I would absolutely use them again!”

“Well what can I say we had a shady guy come and give us a half done job. 3 different techs later we find the wrong free on was used and our compressor is done for. Spend 1 week in 90+degree. I was at my wits end. Then I found Brian at Pure Air. He spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me, taking the time to explain what problems could be causing all the issues, he took it a step further by offering me pricing and all the possible options for my situation. He sent out one of his tech guys to look at our AC unit and help us sort out the best viable solution. I would recommend them to anyone, they were patient, honest, and wonderful to deal with.”

“I hired Troy to clean the awnings on my house. He was responsive, quick, and accommodating. He really went above and beyond to make my awnings look like new--even took before and after photos so I could see the difference. He threw some oil on my iron rods (to prevent rust) and power washed some of the dirt surrounding the windows and doors. His assistant, Brendan, was very friendly and good natured. They are both super knowledgeable and awesome. Would hire again. The price was fair and quality of work high.”
