“I emailed Dryer Vent Wizard of Mission Viejo last week and within minutes they got back to me with an appointment. Ron showed up on time (which is a big deal in today's world!). They were clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative as to what needed to be done to have my dryer working again at peak performance. A neighbor of ours recently had a vent fire in their laundry room and so it prompted me to have our vent cleaned out. I couldn't believe the amount of lint not only in our vent from the dryer itself to the wall, but going from the wall to the outside was almost completely clogged. I faithfully clean out my vent trap after every load so it amazed me how much lint made it through to the line. My dry time went from an hour for a load of sheets down to 15-20 minutes...incredible! I can't imagine how much money we were wasting in utilities (gas & electric) as well as wear and tear on my 2 year old dryer, I was ready to call the manufacturer and have a repair person come out, when all it needed was a good vent cleaning! I couldn't be happier with the results and I would absolutely use them again!”

“I have had Daniel from Beverly Hills carpet cleaners come over to my house and to clean the carpet at my house, clean the upholstered couches in my living room and to pick up several rugs to their facility so they can bring them to new condition and without stains. My appointment was scheduled with Julie from the office. Julie was very nice and polite over the phone and she was able to fit my appointment within my schedule. The crew of people (2) came over to my house on the time frame that was set ahead of time and they cleaned the carpet and furniture very well. After that was completed, they wrapped the rugs and took them to their facility for a deep and massive cleaning. I took them less than a week to bring them back, Wrapped in nylon and in brand new condition. Because I was extremely happy with the entire service, I want to mention that the pickup and delivery of the rugs was as part of their service and I wasn’t charged for it. I will definitely hire them again in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for this type of service.”

“Well what can I say we had a shady guy come and give us a half done job. 3 different techs later we find the wrong free on was used and our compressor is done for. Spend 1 week in 90+degree. I was at my wits end. Then I found Brian at Pure Air. He spent over 45 minutes on the phone with me, taking the time to explain what problems could be causing all the issues, he took it a step further by offering me pricing and all the possible options for my situation. He sent out one of his tech guys to look at our AC unit and help us sort out the best viable solution. I would recommend them to anyone, they were patient, honest, and wonderful to deal with.”
