“Robyn has been staging my house in order to sell it. She came in and and started with a consult on my entire house. She then provided a list of what I should do for each room. There were things on the list that I did not understand. I could not see how they would change the room. She has shopped with me for pillows and items that would help make my house look like a house that someone would want to buy. She has help me pick out paint colors for certain rooms and paint colors for rooms that needed it. She has been there every step of the way and my house has been transformed. She has an eye which is incredible. She has picked colors that I would never have picked and they look great. I would hire Robyn as a home stager again and I would also hire her as an interior designer. She is fun and easy to work with.”

“I was fortunate enough to meet Kate about two years ago when she was selling her home and buying another. Ironically, we met because at the time, I would do staging consultations for our real estate team’s listings. Needless to say, there wasn’t a single thing that had to be changed at Kate’s home because not only does she have great style, but she knows how to translate that style into MARKETING, which is what it takes to stage a home that SELLS. My most recent experience with Kate is with a home that my partner and I built to sell that desperately needed staging. The project was half-started at best (by me) and Kate willingly took the reins, efficiently utilized an existing inventory of products and made the house look like a home that Buyers could envision themselves living in. Kate’s creative gift is natural, her talents genuine and her personality is both engaging and calm. Coming from a Realtor with a 19-year career in home design, I would recommend Kate to any homeowner or agent that needs that “special touch” to make a house the perfect package that appeals to today’s home buyers.”

ホームステージングとは？


ホームステージングとは、Gap, PAの既存 (中古) の住宅不動産を売却する際、クリーニングや片付け、インテリアコーディネートを行い、暮らしがイメージできるよう物件をより魅力的に演出するサービスのことです。簡単に言えば、ホームステージングとは既存住宅 (中古住宅) をモデルルーム・モデルハウスにすること。住宅購入の検討において、マンションや一戸建てのモデルルームを訪れる人も多いですが、ホームステージングはその中古住宅版で、いかに購入希望者が 「入居後の素敵な暮らし」をイメージできるかが重要なのです。

既存住宅 (中古住宅) の流通が大半を占める欧米では、不動産の売却時にホームステージングは欠かせないサービスとなっています。一方で、住宅流通の8割を新築物件が占めている日本では、ホームステージングのサービスはまだ始まったばかり。しかし、中古物件の取引が増えている現在、注目のサービスです。
