Five years ago Tri-City Electrical Contractors advised me to hire Mike Storch to assist with our large and complicated entertainment system. Mike is always knowledgeable and cooperative for the task at hand. Just recently, Mike bailed me out with Brighthouse when their technician did not know how to change out a cable box in our system. Mike sent his technician over within 15 minutes, and assisted Brighthouse with the cable box installation. The quality of my entertainment system has been elevated beyond my expectations. He added speakers that produced surround sound and made you feel in the center of the movie experience. Scott is personable and respectful and instructed me in the use of my new video/sound system, and I am not well versed in system operations.
